摘 要:大直径铝合金活塞的模具设计是工业生产制造中研究的重点。本文以原铸造工艺为基础,借助铸造凝固模拟分析软件对铸造工艺进行分析,数值模拟大直径铝活塞毛坯铸件的浇筑及凝固过程,在数值模拟的过程中对铸件可能产生铸造缺陷的部位进行预测。结合相应的模拟结果进一步改进和优化原有的铸造工艺和模具结构,结果证实改造后的铸造工艺和模具结构模拟效果更高,在实际生产中可明显提升铸件质量,将活塞试制周期明显缩短,避免产生大量的试制成本,起到优化产生性能的目的。The die design of large-diameter aluminum alloy piston is the focus of industrial production.Based on the original casting process,this paper analyzes the casting process with the help of the casting solidification simulation analysis software,simulates the casting and solidification process of the large-diameter aluminum piston rough casting,and predicts the possible casting defects in the casting during the numerical simulation process.Combined with the corresponding simulation results to further improve and optimize the original casting process and mold structure,the results show that the improved casting process and mold structure simulation effect is higher,which can significantly improve the casting quality in actual production,shorten the trial production cycle of piston,avoid a large number of trial production costs,and play the purpose of optimizing the performance.
