摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情导致武汉各医院发热门诊就诊量短时间内急剧增长,如何提升就诊效率,降低患者候诊时长,避免院内交叉感染,成为一大挑战。介绍了华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院的信息化实践工作,通过自助服务系统、无纸化业务等信息化手段,提升了工作效率,既减少了患者在院内的移动范围和候诊时长,又降低了医务工作者交叉感染的风险。对于信息化工作人员,通过无纸化办公、为自助机设置维修通道等手段,可极大降低运维压力,避免感染。The epidemic of COVID-19 has led to a sharp increase in the number of fever clinic visits in Wuhan hospitals within a short period of time.How to improve the efficiency of medical service,reduce the waiting time of patients,and avoid cross infection in the hospital have become a major challenge.This paper introduces the information practice of Tongji Hospital.Through informatization means such as self-service and paperless business,the work efficiency is improved,which not only reduces the movement range and waiting time of patients in the hospital,but also reduces the risk of cross infection of medical workers.For information workers,paperless working and maintenance channels for self-service machines,which can avoid infection,can greatly reduce operation and maintenance pressure.
