摘　　要：目的:新冠肺炎疫情爆发,进行医院疫情防控信息化建设,辅助医院疫情防控工作的开展,确保医院高效有序运转。方法:充分借助互联网、远程及大数据等技术辅助疫情研判、创新诊疗模式、提升服务效率。结果:构建医院互联网+发热门诊、医院BI疫情防控辅助决策,并完善电子病历系统、医学影像信息系统、检验信息系统等临床系统,满足医院疫情防控需求。结论:通过医院疫情防控信息化建设,有效减少患者交叉感染风险,提高了医务人员的服务效率,助力区域疫情联防联控。Objective:During the outbreak of the new epidemic,it is necessary to carry out information construction on the prevention and control of the hospital epidemic,and assist the hospital epidemic prevention and control work to ensure the efficient and orderly operation of the hospital.Methods:Make full use of Internet,remote and big data technologies to assist epidemic research and determination,innovate diagnosis and treatment mode,and improve service efficiency.Results:To build the hospital Internet+fever outpatient department and BI epidemic prevention and control assistance decision-making,and improve the electronic medical record system,medical image information system,inspection information system and other clinical systems,to meet the hospital epidemic prevention and control needs.Conclusion:Through the informatization construction of hospital epidemic prevention and control,the risk of cross-infection of patients is effectively reduced,the service efficiency of medical staff is improved,and regional epidemic prevention and control is assisted.
