摘　　要：国家卫生健康委办公厅2月5日发布的《关于印发新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎诊疗方案(试行第五版)》中,将"疑似病例具有肺炎影像学特征"作为疑似病例的诊断标准之一,而疫情期间,由于定点医院场地、设备、医务人员等资源不足,因此如何确保疑似患者能够尽快进行CT确诊,是当前需要重点解决的问题之一。武汉大学中南医院通过在三个托管医院根据现场实际情况实施了不同的远程影像平台部署模式,实现了三个托管医院的CT设备都可以将患者影像直接上传至中南医院本部中心端,医院影像科医师可以在本部进行远程阅片,并及时发送报告到对端医院,在节约人力资源的同时,也降低了医务人员的交叉感染风险。In the"Diagnosis and Treatment Plan for COVID-19(Trial Fifth Edition)"issued by the General Office of the National Health Commission of PRC on February 5,"Suspected patients should have imaging characteristics of pneumonia"is defined as one of the diagnostic criteria for suspected cases.During the epidemic,with the fact of insufficiency of resources such as designated hospital sites,equipments and medical manpower,how to ensure that suspected patients can be diagnosed with CT as soon as possible is now one of the key issues that need to be addressed.Our hospital has implemented different remote imaging platform deployment models in three hospitals hosted by us according to the actual situation on the site.Therefore,now the CT equipments of the three hosting hospitals can upload patient images directly to the ZhongNan Hospital of Wuhan University.Our image doctors can now inspect the images in their own office.In this way,human power can be saved and the risk of medical staff being infected can be reduced.
