摘　　要：疫情期间医院开展AI研究与应用,通过对AI替代人工咨询的实证分析,以及AI在新冠肺炎咨询中的应用研究,在人工咨询平台基础上,扩展基于AI的新冠肺炎自诊、健康手册、热点问题速查等板块,并在后期应用中取得较好的使用效果,为指导医院开展多学科线上诊疗工作奠定基础。During the epidemic,we carried out AI research and application in the hospital.Through the empirical analysis of AI to replace artificial consulting,as well as for the application of AI in COVID-19 consultation,based on the artificial consultation platform,we built the COVID-19 self-diagnosis,health manual,quick check of hot issues and other AI sections,achieved good results in the later application,and laid a foundation for guiding the hospital to carry out multi-disciplinary online diagnosis and treatment.
