摘　　要：目的:以信息化手段优化发热门诊患者取药流程。方法:利用自助发药、视觉核对等信息技术,建立了基于自助机的自助取药模式,实现患者全流程自助取药。结果:通过自助取药系统的建设,用自助药房取代了传统的发热药房。结论:首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院自助药房的应用提高了医院感染控制水平,在疫情防控工作中发挥了积极作用。Objective:Using information technology to optimize the patient's medication distribution process in the fever Outpatient department.Methods:Using self-service medicine distribution and visual check information technology,a self-service machine-based self-service medicine distribution mode has been established to achieve self-service medicine distribution for patients throughout the process.Results:Through the construction of a self-service drug distribution system,the traditional fever pharmacy was replaced with a self-service pharmacy.Conclusion:Application of self-help pharmacy in Beijing Friendship Hospital Capital Medical University which improved the level of hospital infection control and played an active role in the prevention and control of epidemics.
