微信平台在髋关节置换患者出院后延续护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:分析微信平台对促进髋关节置换患者出院后延续护理效果的影响。方法:将南京市中医药大学附属南京市中西医结合医院收治的180例髋关节置换术患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各90例,出院后6个月内均给予延续性护理干预,其中对照组采用常规电话随访,观察组则利用微信平台。比较两组患者的髋关节功能、并发症发生情况、早期功能锻炼依从性、术后康复满意度以及生活质量。结果:观察组Harris髋关节功能评分、并发症发生率、早期功能锻炼依从性以及术后康复总满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组最后随访的SF-36各项评分优于干预前和同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论:利用微信平台实施延续性护理有利于改善髋关节置换患者的髋关节功能,降低院外并发症的发生,且能提高患者的早期功能锻炼依从性、术后康复满意度及生活质量。Objective:To explore the influence of WeChat platform on promoting the effect of continuous nursing after discharge of patients with hip joint replacement.Methods:180 cases of hip replacement patients in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 90 cases in each group by random number method,and continuous nursing intervention was given within 6 months after discharge,among which the control group was followed up by routine telephone,while the observation group was treated by WeChat platform.Hip function,complications,early functional exercise compliance,postoperative rehabilitation satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:Harris hip function score,complication rate,early functional exercise compliance and postoperative rehabilitation satisfaction in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The SF-36 scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using WeChat platform to carry out continuous nursing is beneficial to improve the hip function of patients with hip joint replacement,reduce the incidence of out-of-hospital complications,and significantly improve the patients'compliance with early functional exercise,postoperative rehabilitation satisfaction and quality of life.
