摘　　要：目的:分析App无线报警系统对心肌梗死患者急诊就诊的影响。方法:2016年2月到2018年5月选择在海南省人民医院报警急诊的心肌梗死患者112例作为研究对象,根据报警急诊方法的不同分为观察组70例与对照组42例,对照组未进行远程医疗指导,观察组给予基于App无线报警系统的远程医疗指导,记录两组急诊就诊效果。结果:两组的急救反应时间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组的现场救治时间显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组急诊期间的心源性休克、心脏骤停、室性心律失常、死亡等发生率为5.7%,显著低于对照组的28.6%(P<0.05)。出院时观察组存活者的满意度为100.0%,显著高于对照组的87.5%(P<0.05)。出院后随访3个月,观察组存活者的再入院与死亡率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:App无线报警系统在心肌梗死患者急诊就诊中的应用能提高急诊效率与效果,提高患者出院时的满意度,降低再入院与死亡率。Objective:To explore and analysis the effects of App wireless alarm system on emergency treatment of myocardial infarction.Methods:From February 2016 to May 2018,112 patients with myocardial infarction who were in emergency department in our hospital were selected and were divided into the observation group(n=70)and the control group(n=42)accorded to the different emergency methods.The control group were not given the telemedicine guidance,the observation group were given telemedicine guidance based on the App wireless alarm system,record edthe effectiveness of the two groups of emergency treatment.Results:There were no significant difference in the response time between the two groups(P>0.05).The on-site treatment time of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of cardiogenic shock,cardiac arrest,ventricular arrhythmia,and death during the emergency department were 5.7%,which were significantly lower than that of the control group(28.6%)(P<0.05).The satisfaction of survivors in the observation group at discharge were 100.0%and which were significantly higher than that of the control group of 87.5%(P<0.05).After 3 months of followed-up after discharge,there were significant difference in the readmission and mortality compared between the two groups of survivors(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of App wireless alarm system in the emergency treatment of myocardial infarction can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of emergency department,improve the patient's satisfaction at discharge,and reduce readmission and mortality.
