疫情冲击与脱贫攻坚双节点下欠发达县图书馆的服务调适

摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情冲击与脱贫攻坚双节点下我国欠发达县公共图书馆的读者服务面临巨大挑战,也迎来重要转型机遇。文章首先分析了新冠肺炎疫情冲击下欠发达县图书馆存在的服务困难,继而指出疫期、疫后欠发达县图书馆服务升级的两条宏观路径。文章进一步结合中外地方公共图书馆经验、疫情防控与脱贫攻坚实际,讨论了人口流动性减弱背景下欠发达县图书馆对脱贫攻坚的智力支持,以及疫情风险期欠发达县非数字图书馆受众的弱势读者服务问题,以期为图书馆界克服疫情、助力脱贫攻坚献言献策。Under the dual node of the impact of COVID-19 and poverty alleviation,the reader service of public libraries in underdeveloped counties in China faces huge challenges and also ushers in important opportunities for transformation.The article first analyzes the service difficulties of the underdeveloped county libraries under the impact of the COVID-19,and then points out two macro paths for the service upgrade of the underdeveloped county libraries after the epidemic.The article further combines the experience of local public libraries at home and abroad,epidemic prevention and control and poverty alleviation,and discusses the intellectual support of underdeveloped county libraries for poverty alleviation under the background of weakened population mobility,as well as the service of vulnerable readers for non-digital library audiences in underdeveloped counties during the epidemic risk period,with a view to providing advice and suggestions for library community to overcome the epidemic obstacles and help the poverty alleviation.
