摘　　要：该文通过队艺术体操集体项目运动员进行功能动作筛查,并对其筛查结果进行评价分析,找出运动员动作模式中存在的缺陷和不足,以及完成动作时的稳定性和灵活性的协调配合问题,并结合运动员在测试中出现的问题进行针对性的纠正干预,解决运动员在团体项目配合中的薄弱环节,降低运动损伤发生率,为其专项技术训练提供良好的基础体能。This study tested the rhythmic gymnastics team athletes through the functional movement screening and evaluated the screening result analysis to find out the shortcomings and deficiencies in the athletes’movement mode,as well as the coordination and coordination of stability and flexibility when completing the movement,and combined with the problems in the test of movement mobilization to correct the intervention.In order to provide good basic physical fitness for their special technical training,the problem of athletes’short board in team project should be solved and the incidence of sports injury must be reduced.
