摘　　要：2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚(Butylated hydroxytoluene,以下简称BHT),是目前国内使用较早、产量较大且使用范围较为广泛的一种抗氧化剂。目前,BHT的生产能力和应用效率持续提高,实时分析市场实际应用情况,对其今后的发展具有重要意义。基于此,对食品级抗氧化剂BHT在国内市场的应用情况进行分析,希望可给相关人员提供一定参考。2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol(hereinafter referred to as BHT)is commonly known as 264 or T501 in China.It is an antioxidant with earlier use,larger output and wider use range in China.At present,the production capacity and application efficiency of BHT are increasing continuously.It is of great significance to analyze the actual market application in real time for its future development.Based on this,this paper analyzes the domestic market application of food grade antioxidant BHT,hoping to provide some reference for relevant personnel.
