摘　　要：产教融合是新时代产业创新发展的要求,也是当前高职教育内涵发展的必然。文章从培养标准、培养方案、课程体系、实践平台、职业素养及师资队伍等六个方面,系统阐述在产教融合背景下,药品经营与管理专业在人才精准培养方面的探索与实践.The integration of production and education is regarded as a demand for innovation and development in the new era,and it is also the necessity of the development of the connotation of higher vocational education.This paper expounds the cultivation of talents of drug and food major in the context of integration of production and education in relation to standard,scheme,curriculum,practice platform,professional quality and teaching staffs.
