摘 要:介入放射学是目前医学领域发展最快的学科之一,已成为继内科和外科之后的第三大学科。儿科介入作为介入放射学一重要分支,几年来发展迅猛。儿科介入医生从无到有,队伍逐渐发展壮大。但目前我国儿科介入医师仍不能满足儿科事业的发展需求,建立高水平的儿科介入医师队伍显得尤为重要。因此,儿科介入医师的培训显得十分重要,儿科介入医师培训体系也亟待建立及完善。本文客观阐述了我国儿科介入特点,参照我科儿科介入医师现状及培训情况,对儿科介入医师培训在内容、方式、师资、教材等进一步调整及完善提出建议和意见,以利于更好地培养儿科介入医学人才。Interventional radiology is one of the fastest growing disciplines in the field of medicine.It has become the third major subject after internal medicine and surgery.Pediatric interventional radiology,as an important branch of interventional radiology,has developed rapidly in recent years.Pediatric interventional team has gradually grown,experienced a chang in the development process from scratch.However,at present,pediatric interventional doctors in China still cannot meet the development needs of Pediatrics,so it is particularly important to establish a high-level team of pediatric interventional physicians.Therefore,the training of pediatric interventional physicians is very important.The training system of pediatric interventional physicians needs to be established and improved.This article briefly described the characteristics of pediatric interventional radiology in China.According to training situation of pediatric intervention physicians in our department,this article explored the subjects in terms of training contents,methods and textbooks,hoping to improve the training of pediatric interventional physicians.
