摘　　要：目的评价PDCA循环理论在关节镜手术培训中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月-2018年12月在骨关节外科轮转的42名进修医师及规范化培训医师作为研究对象,以随机分组法,将其分为实验组和对照组,每组各21名学员。实验组在PDCA方法指导下进行培训,对照组按照常规方法进行培训。对比实验组和对照组关节镜手术情况评分、学员满意度。结果通过培训,两组学员关节镜手术情况评分均得到了提高(P<0.05),实验组提高更为显著(P<0.05),两组间满意度的差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在关节镜手术培训证中,PDCA可以提高学员关节镜手术能力,同时不影响学员满意度,有应用价值。Objective To evaluate the application effect of PDCA cycle theory in arthroscopic training.Methods Forty-two interns and fellows in Bone and Joint Department from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into experimental and control groups,with 21 students in each group.The experimental group was trained under the guidance of the PDCA cycle theory,and the control group was trained according to the conventional method.The arthroscopic surgery scores and student satisfaction were compared between the experimental group and the control group.Results At the end of the research,the arthroscopic surgery scores of the two groups of students were improved(P<0.05),and the improvement of the experimental group was more significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in satisfaction between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The PDCA cycle theory can improve the students'ability of arthroscopic operation without affecting the satisfaction of the students,and it is available.
