摘  要:目的观察以案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)联合3D多媒体立体动画演示教学技术在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2015级58名耳鼻咽喉头颈外科实习学生为研究对象,随机将其分为联合教学组(CBL联合3D多媒体)和传统教学组各29人。教学结束后比较两组学生期末考试理论课成绩,通过问卷评分形式比较两组学生在学习兴趣,学习能力和临床操作方面对教学效果的满意度。结果联合教学组在教学理论成绩以及学习兴趣,学习能力和临床操作方面的教学满意度评价都高于传统教学组。结论 CBL联合3D多媒体技术教学效果良好,3D多媒体立体动画演示提高了教学质量,在教学中可以广泛开展。Objective To evaluate the application effect of case-based learning(CBL)combined with 3D technology in clinical probating teaching of otolaryngology head-neck surgery.Methods The 58 trainee students were randomly divided into the combined teaching group and the traditional teaching group(29 students each).The combined group’s teaching method is CBL combined 3D technology.Analyzing the academic records at the end of the semester,the questionnaire test scoring in learning interest,learning ability and medical treatment procedure of the two groups.Results The combined teaching group was exceeded in academic records and learning interest,learning ability and clinical operative ability in questionnaire test scoring.Conclusion CBL combined 3D technology method in teaching has a superior teaching result.The 3D technology resolves the issue in the tradition teaching method,could be widely carried out.
