多层螺旋CT及三维重建影像在骨折诊断分型中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT及三维重建影像在胫骨平台骨折诊断及分型应用效果。方法 102例胫骨平台骨折患者为研究对象,以2018年5月-2019年3月为搜集时间段,按照盲选法为分组依据,将患者分为两组,对照组应用传统X线片进行诊断,观察组51例,应用多层螺旋CT及三维重建影像进行诊断,对两组患者诊断效果进行比较。结果观察组分型确诊率普遍高对照组,但是差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),观察组敏感度、特异性及准确性分别为96.08%、92.16%、98.04%,高于对照组的76.47%、58.82%、82.35%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT及三维重建影像应用于胫骨平台骨折中,可提升患者诊断率,保证手术顺利进行。Objective To investigate the effect of multi-slice spiral CT and three-dimensional reconstruction images in the diagnosis and classification of tibial plateau fractures.Methods 102 patients with tibial plateau fractures were taken as the research object.From May 2018 to March 2019 as the collection period,the patients were divided into 2 groups according to the blind selection method.For diagnosis,51 cases in the observation group were diagnosed using multi-slice spiral CT and three-dimensional reconstruction images,and the diagnostic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The diagnosis rate of the observation group was generally high in the control group,but the difference was small and not statistically significant(P>0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the observation group were 96.08%,92.16%and 98.04%,respectively.Compared with 76.47%,58.82%and 82.35%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multi-slice spiral CT and three-dimensional reconstruction images in tibial plateau fractures can improve the diagnosis rate of patients and ensure the smooth operation of the surgery,which is worth promoting.
