摘　　要：目的探讨心脏康复护理在ST段抬高型心肌梗死PCI术后心脏功能恢复中的应用。方法选择本院2017年10月-2018年10月治疗的ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者80例作为研究对象,随机数字表分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组给予临床常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加入心脏康复护理,对患者效护理前后的效果进行评估,比较两组LVEF水平、ADL评分、SAS评分、六分钟步行距离评分和心功能指标水平指标。结果两组指标评分差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05);观察组患者的LVEF水平、ADL评分、SAS评分、六分钟步行距离评分均高于对照组,差异对比具有统计学意义(P <0.05);护理前,两组患者的LVEDD、LVESD水平比较,差异均无统计学意义。(P> 0.05),护理后,两组患者的LVEDD、LVESD水平均有明显改善,且观察组的患者的LVEDD、LVESD水平相比对照组的LVEDD、LVESD水平有明显下降,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将心脏康复护理用于ST段抬高型心肌梗死PCI术后中护理效果好,术后心脏恢复能力提高,有效改善患者的心脏功能。Objective To explore the application of cardiac rehabilitation nursing in the recovery of cardiac function after PCI for ST segment elevation myocardial infarction.Methods 80 patients with ST segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)treated in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).The control group was given routine clinical nursing,the observation group was added heart rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group,and the effect of patients before and after effective nursing was evaluated.The LVEF level,ADL score,SAS score,six minute walking distance score and heart function index level of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);the LVEF level,ADL score,SAS score and six minute walking distance score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before nursing,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the level of LVEDd and LVESD.(P>0.05).After nursing,the level of LVEDd and LVESD in the two groups were significantly improved,and the level of LVEDd and LVESD in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cardiac rehabilitation nursing in patients with ST segment elevation myocardial infarction after PCI has a good effect,the ability of postoperative cardiac recovery is improved,and the cardiac function of patients is effectively improved.
