摘　　要：探讨双侧股骨头缺血性坏死同期行双髋关节置换术的护理干预效果。选取本科2019年5月收治的1例双侧股骨头坏死同期行双髋关节置换术的患者,通过查阅大量文献,结合患者具体情况,制定个体化整体护理方案,并按照护理程序的基本步骤实施护理,经过合理的治疗、及时有效地进行护理干预、落实相应的护理措施,取得了满意的疗效。髋关节置换术是股骨头坏死的主要治疗方式,临床上双侧股骨头坏死病例较少见,而同期行双髋关节置换术病例更少见。通过合理的治疗和运用循征理念,结合患者的个体差异和病情,制定个体化整体护理方案,及早进行护理干预,通过一系列护理措施的落实,尽早促进患者髋关节功能恢复,缓解疼痛、提高生活质量。To explore the effect of nursing intervention of bilateral avascular necrosis of femoral head with double hip replacement.Choose our department in May 2019,1 case of bilateral femoral head necrosis treated line double hip replacement patients at the same time,through consulting a large number of literature,in combination with the specific situation of the patients,setting individualized,holistic nursing care and in accordance with the basic steps of the nursing process to implement nursing,after reasonable treatment,timely and effective nursing intervention,to carry out the corresponding nursing measures,has obtained the satisfactory curative effect.Hip arthroplasty is the main treatment method for femur head necrosis.Bilateral femur head necrosis cases are relatively rare in clinical practice,and bilateral hip arthroplasty cases are even more rare.Through reasonable treatment and application of evidence-based concept,combined with the individual differences and conditions of patients,the development of individual holistic nursing plan,early nursing intervention,through the implementation of a series of nursing measures,as early as possible to promote the recovery of hip function,relieve pain, improve the quality of life.
