超声引导下微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿物患者的有效性及对术后出血量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声引导下微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿物患者的有效性及对术后出血量的影响.方法:选取2017年11月-2019年4月本院收治的乳腺良性肿物患者78例.依据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组39例.对照组应用开放手术治疗,研究组应用超声引导下麦默通微创旋切术治疗.比较两组术后出血量、手术情况、生活质量评分及临床疗效.结果:研究组术后出血量为(6.24±2.62)mL,显著低于对照组的(17.42±4.22)mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组手术时间、切口长度、瘢痕长度均短于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).手术后,两组生活质量各维度评分均高于手术前,且研究组上述评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组治疗总有效率为97.4%,显著高于对照组的76.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对乳腺良性肿物患者进行超声引导下微创旋切术治疗,可以提高治疗的效果,改善术后出血量,同时还可以提高患者的生活质量,临床上应当进一步推广应用.Objective:To explore the effectiveness of minimally invasive circumcision under the guidance of ultrasound in the treatment of benign breast masses and the influence on the amount of postoperative bleeding.Method:A total of 78 patients with benign breast masses admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to April 2019 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the study group,39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open surgery,the study group was treated with ultrasound-guided minimally invasive rotary operation of malmoxone.Postoperative blood loss,operative status,quality of life score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Result:The postoperative blood loss in the study group was(6.24±2.62)mL,which was significantly lower than(17.42±4.22)mL in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,incision length and scar length of the study group were all shorter than those in the control group,and the VAS score was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After surgery,the scores of each dimension of quality of life in the two groups were higher than those before surgery,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.4%,significantly higher than 76.9%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The patients with benign breast masses were treated with minimally invasive circumcision under the guidance of ultrasound,it can improve the effect of treatment,the amount of bleeding after operation and the quality of life of patients.It should be further popularized and applied in clinic.
