摘 要:目的:探讨体外冲击波在骨骼肌肉疾病疼痛康复治疗中的应用效果及对患者视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue score,VAS)评分的影响。方法:选取本院2016年1月-2019年8月收治的骨骼肌肉疾病患者70例,按随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组35例。对照组应用热磁治疗,研究组应用体外冲击波治疗。比较两组治疗效果、疼痛程度、肢体功能障碍及炎症反应情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗1、2周及1个月时VAS与功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组β-内咖肽水平高于对照组,而一氧化氮(NO)及前列腺素E2(PGE2)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:骨骼肌肉疾病疼痛患者采用体外冲击波治疗可有效缓解患者疼痛情况,改善肢体功能,提高患者生活质量,值得在临床中进一步推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of extracorporeal shock wave on pain rehabilitation treatment of musculoskeletal disorders and its effect on visual analogue score(VAS)score of patients.Method:A total of 70 patients with musculoskeletal disorders admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to August 2019 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and research group,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with thermomagnetic therapy,and the research group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave therapy.The therapeutic effect,pain degree,limb dysfunction and inflammatory response were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the research group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).VAS and dysfunction index questionnaire(ODI)score of the research group at treatment for 1,2 weeks and 1 month were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level ofβ-endorphin in the research group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of nitric oxide(NO)and prostaglandin E2(PGE2)in the research group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Extracorporeal shock wave therapy can effectively alleviate the pain of patients with musculoskeletal disorders,improve limb function and improve patients’quality of life,which is worth further promotion and application in clinical.
