摘　　要：目的:探讨胎物残留术后宫腔球囊支架预防宫腔粘连的效果。方法:选取2018年8月-2019年8月本院收治的胎物残留患者58例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组29例。对照组采用清宫术治疗,研究组在清宫术后采用宫腔球囊支架进行治疗,比较两组术后腹痛持续时间、阴道出血情况、治疗效果、术后宫腔粘连发生情况、月经恢复情况及并发症发生情况。结果:研究组腹痛时间及阴道持续出血时间均短于对照组,阴道出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组术后宫腔粘连发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组月经恢复情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胎物残留患者清宫术后进行宫腔球囊支架治疗可减少阴道出血量,预防术后宫腔粘连的发生,促进患者术后月经恢复,治疗效果显著,值得在临床中进一步推广应用。Objective:To investigate the preventive effect of uterine balloon after fetal remnants surgery stent on intrauterine adhesions.Method:A total of 58 patients with fetal remnants in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected.They were divided into control group and research group according to the random number table method,29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with curettage,and the research group was treated with uterine balloon stent after curettage.The duration of abdominal pain,vaginal bleeding,treatment effect,postoperative intrauterine adhesions,menstrual recovery and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The duration of abdominal pain and the duration of vaginal bleeding in the research group were lower than those in the control group,the amount of vaginal bleeding was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative intrauterine adhesions in the research group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The menstrual recovery in the research group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the research group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of uterine balloon stent after curettage in patient with fetal material residue can reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding,prevent the occurrence of postoperative intrauterine adhesions,and promote the postoperative menstrual recovery,it has significant therapeutic effect,which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
