细微服务理念在静脉治疗专科门诊中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨细微服务理念在静脉治疗专科门诊中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年6-9月在本科静脉治疗的患者350例为观察组,另选取2019年3-4月在本科静脉治疗的患者350例为对照组。对照组实施静脉治疗专科门诊常规护理,观察组实施细微服务理念护理模式。比较细微服务理念护理干预前后护士专业技能评分,并比较两组患者并发症发生情况以及护理满意度。结果:细微服务理念护理干预后,护士操作技能评分明显高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为4.9%,低于对照组的12.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度为94.9%,高于对照组的83.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:细微服务理念在静脉治疗专科门诊中的应用效果显著,有利于提升护士专业技能,降低患者并发症发生率,提高患者护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the application effect of the concept of micro-service in the specialist outpatient department of intravenous therapy.Method:A total of 350 patients with undergraduate intravenous therapy from June to September 2019 were selected as the observation group.A total of 350 patients with undergraduate intravenous therapy from March to April 2019 were selected as the control group.The control group was given routine nursing in the specialist outpatient department of intravenous therapy,and the observation group was given the nursing mode of the concept of subtle service.The professional skills scores of nurses before and after the intervention were compared,and the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared.Result:After micro-service concept nursing intervention,the score of operation skills of nurses was significantly higher than that before the intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.9%,which was lower than 12.9%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 94.9%,higher than 83.4%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the concept of subtle service in the specialist outpatient service of intravenous therapy has a significant effect,which is conducive to improving the professional skills of nurses,reducing the incidence of complications and improving the nursing satisfaction of patients.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
