摘 要:目的:观察OEC管理模式对药库工作人员工作积极性及工作效率的影响。方法:选取2018年1-12月15名药库工作人员为对照组,采用常规管理,2019年1-12月的15名药库工作人员为观察组,进行OEC管理。比较两组的库存周转率、周转时间、药品盘点时间、缺货率、管理前后的出库差错率、工作积极性(职业倦怠感量表及工作态度评估)。结果:观察组的库存周转率及缺货率均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的周转时间、药品盘点时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理3、6个月后,观察组的出库差错率均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理3、6个月后,观察组MBI-GS量表的各项评分及工作态度评估结果均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相较于常规管理,OEC管理模式对药库工作人员工作积极性及工作效率的影响更为积极,因此在药库工作人员中的应用价值相对较高。Objective:To observe the influence of OEC management mode on the work enthusiasm and work efficiency of staff in medicine storehouse.Method:A total of 15 staff members of the drug storehouse who underwent routine management from January to December 2018 were selected as the control group,15 staff members of the drug storehouse who underwent OEC management from January to December 2019 were selected as the observation group.The inventory turnover rate,turnover time,drug inventory time,stock out of stock rate,outbound error rate before and after management,and work enthusiasm(job burnout inventory and work attitude assessment)of the two groups were compared.Result:The inventory turnover rate and stock out of stock rate of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The turnaround time and medicine inventory time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 and 6 months of management,the outbound error rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 and 6 months of management,the MBI-GS scale scores and work attitude assessment results in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional management,the OEC management model has a more positive impact on the enthusiasm and efficiency of the staff in the medicine storehouse,so its application value in the medicine storehouse staff is relatively high.
