摘　　要：目的:观察与研究神经内镜联合显微镜手术在桥小脑角区表皮样囊肿中的应用效果与安全性.方法:选取2016年10月-2019年8月本院收治的44例桥小脑角区表皮样囊肿患者作为研究对象,根据手术方式的不同分为显微镜手术组(对照组)22例和神经内镜联合显微镜手术组(观察组)22例.比较两组手术切除效果、并发症发生率、手术前后的面神经功能、疾病相关指标及手术性脑损伤相关指标表达情况.结果:两组手术切除效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).两组术前面神经功能、疾病相关指标及手术性脑损伤相关指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后面神经功能、疾病相关指标及手术性脑损伤相关指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:神经内镜联合显微镜手术在桥小脑角区表皮样囊肿中的应用效果较好,且安全性较高,在桥小脑角区表皮样囊肿患者中的应用价值较高.Objective:To observe and study the application effect and safety of neuroendoscopy combined with microsurgery in patients with epidermoid cyst of cerebellopontine angle.Method:A total of 44 patients with epidermoid cyst of cerebellopontine angle treated in our hospital from October 2016 to August 2019 were chosen as the research objects,and they were divided into microsurgery group(the control group)22 cases and neuroendoscopy combined with microsurgery group(the observation group)22 cases according to the differences of surgery methods.Then the surgical resection effect,complications rates,facial nerve function,disease-related indexes and surgical brain injury related indexes expression before and after surgery of two groups were compared.Result:The surgical resection effect of two groups were compared,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The complications rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The facial nerve function,disease-related indexes and surgical brain injury related indexes expression of two groups before surgery were compared,there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).The facial nerve function,disease-related indexes and surgical brain injury related indexes expression of the observation group after surgery were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of neuroendoscopy combined with microsurgery in patients with epidermoid cyst of cerebellopontine angle is better,and the safety is higher,so its application value in the patients with epidermoid cyst of cerebellopontine angle is higher.
