摘 要:目的:了解噪声作业工人防护耳塞使用与双耳高频平均听阈的关系.方法:选择2019年1-12月参加职业性噪声职业健康检查工人1345人进行问卷调查和纯音测听检查,采用单因素与多因素回归分析防护耳塞使用与耳高频平均听阈的关系.结果:调整性别、工龄、年龄、上班时间安排、高血压、文化程度、月收入、每天打电话时间、每周到嘈杂场所时间、每天耳机娱乐时间后,偶尔使用、经常使用、总是使用与从不使用相比,双耳高频平均听阈β(95%CI,P值)分别为-0.57[(-1.68,0.54),0.312]、-7.19[(-8.35,-6.03),<0.01]、-11.14[(-12.33,9.96),<0.01].结论:工作中坚持使用防护耳塞对双耳高频平均听阈具有很好的保护作用.Objective:To investigate the relationship between the use of protective earplugs and binaural high frequency average hearing threshold in workers exposed to noise.Method:A total of 1345 workers who took part in occupational noise occupational health examination from January to December 2019 were selected for questionnaire survey and pure tone audiometry.Univariate and multivariate regression analysis were used to analyze the relationship between the use of protective earplugs and ear high frequency average hearing threshold.Result:After adjusting gender,length of service,age,work schedule,high blood pressure,education level,monthly income,daily phone call time,weekly time to noisy places,daily headphone entertainment time,occasional use,frequent use,always use compared with never use,the binaural high frequency average hearing thresholdβ(95%CI,P value)were-0.57[(-1.68,0.54),0.312],-7.19[(-8.35,-6.03),<0.01],-11.14[(-12.33,9.96),<0.01].Conclusion:The use of protective earplugs has a good protective effect on binaural high frequency average hearing threshold.
