莱菔子热奄包外敷神阙对无创通气并发腹胀患者肠功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨莱菔子热奄包外敷神阙在无创通气并发腹胀患者临床治疗中的应用及对肠功能的影响.方法:选取110例无创通气并发腹胀患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为常规组(n=55)和研究组(n=55).常规组给予临床常规方法治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用莱菔子热奄包外敷神阙治疗.对比两组疗效和治疗后的肠功能指标,分析舒适程度、腹围和腹内压.结果:研究组临床疗效总有效率(98.18%)高于常规组(83.64%),肠功能指标均明显优于常规组,Kolcaba评分显著高于常规组,腹围和腹内压均显著低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:应用莱菔子热奄包外敷神阙对无创通气并发腹胀患者进行治疗,效果显著,能明显改善肠功能,提高舒适度,降低腹围和腹内压,值得推广.Objective:To explore the application of Semen Raphani heat dying bag external application Shenque in the treatment of noninvasive ventilation and abdominal distention and the effect on the intestinal function.Method:A total of 110 cases of noninvasive ventilation and abdominal distention were selected as the study objects.At the same time,according to the random number table,they were divided into the routine group(n=55)and the study group(n=55).The routine group was treated with clinical routine methods,and the study group was treated with Semen Raphani heat dying bag external application Shenque on the basis of the control group.The curative effect and the indexes of intestinal function after treatment of two groups were compared,the comfort degree,abdominal circumference and abdominal pressure were analyzed.Result:The total effective rate(98.18%)in the study group was higher than that in the routine group(83.64%),the intestinal function indexes were significantly better than those in the routine group,the Kolcaba score was significantly higher than that of the conventional group,the abdominal circumference and intra-abdominal pressure were significantly lower than those of the conventional group,there were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Semen Raphani heat dying bag external application Shenque in patients with non-invasive ventilation and abdominal distension has significant effects,can significantly improves intestinal function,improves comfort,reduces abdominal circumference and intra-abdominal pressure,and it is worth of promoting.
