摘　　要：民族传统体育非物质文化遗产内涵属性的不明确,会导致在具体的保护实践中出现随意性、泛化性等诸多问题,制约民族传统体育非物质文化遗产的保护与传承。运用文献资料法、实地调查法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对民族传统体育非物质文化遗产的属性与分类进行了探讨。以丝绸之路甘肃段为重点考察地域,提出民族传统体育非物质文化遗产保护路径:增强民族传统体育非遗保护的自觉意识;创新非遗要素的生产性活态保护思路;构建民族传统体育非物质文化遗产廊道;加强民族传统体育非物质文化遗产的教育传承力度;完善民族传统体育非物质文化遗产法律保护体系。The unclear connotation and attribute of intangible cultural heritage of national traditional sports will lead to many problems such as arbitrariness and generalization in specific protection practice, which restricts the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage of national traditional sports.By using literature method, field investigation method, logical analysis method and other research methods, this paper discusses the attribute and classification of the intangible cultural heritage of national traditional sports, and proposes the protection path of the intangible cultural heritage of national traditional sports in Gansu section of the Silk road: strengthening the consciousness of protecting intangible cultural heritage of national traditional sports;innovation of productive active state protection of intangible cultural heritage elements;constructing the corridor of national traditional sports intangible cultural heritage;strengthening the education and inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage of national traditional sports;improving the legal protection system for intangible cultural heritage of national traditional sports.
