摘 要:推进工业绿色技术创新是提升工业企业资源利用效率、促进工业转型升级、实现经济社会可持续发展的根本途径。本文从绿色技术保障能力、绿色技术投入能力和绿色技术产出能力角度构建了区域工业绿色技术创新评价指标体系,采用改进的密切值法对我国30个省份的工业绿色技术创新能力进行实证分析,将区域工业绿色技术创新水平划分为5类,对我国区域工业绿色技术创新的省际差异进行评价。研究发现,我国区域工业绿色技术创新水平发展不平衡的现象较为明显,并从优化配置绿色技术创新资源、建立绿色技术创新支持体系和发挥先进绿色技术示范作用的角度提出了提升我国区域工业绿色技术创新能力的政策建议。Promoting the innovation of industrial green technology is the fundamental way to improve the resource utilization efficiency of industrial enterprises,promote industrial transformation and upgrading,and realize the sustainable development of economy and society.The regional industry evaluation index system of green technology innovation is construct from the green technology,green technology and green technology output angle,the industrial green technology innovation ability of 30 provinces in China is analyzed by using the improved osculating value method.The level of regional industrial green technology innovation is divided into five categories,and the provincial differences of regional industrial green technology innovation in China are evaluated.It is found that the unbalanced development of regional industrial green technology innovation level in China is obvious.From the perspective of optimizing the allocation of green technology innovation resources,establishing green technology innovation support sys⁃tem and giving full play to the role of advanced green technology demonstration,policy suggestions are put forward to improve the regional industrial green technology innovation ability in China.
