摘 要:采用无机陶瓷平板膜MBR工艺对工业聚酯废水的生化出水进行中试应用,主要考察系统的处理效果和运行稳定性。试验结果表明,当无机陶瓷平板膜MBR系统在进水COD的质量浓度为800~1200 mg/L时,COD去除率高于40%,产水浊度低于0.27 NTU;膜系统采用连续曝气,曝气强度为26 m^3/(m^2·h),运行通量为18 L/(m^2·h),开4 min停1 min,24 h进行一次在线化学清洗,膜系统可以稳定运行。A pilot scale test of inorganic flat ceramic membrane MBR process treating biochemical effluent from industrial polyester production was carried out,the treatment effect and operation stability of the said system were investigated.The test results showed that,when the mass concentration of COD in the influent water of the inorganic flat ceramic membrane MBR system was 800-1200 mg/L,the removal rate of COD was above 40%,the effluent turbidity was lower than 0.27 NTU.The system could keep stable under the condition of continuous aeration with 26 m^3/(m^2·h)of aeration intensity,18 L/(m^2·h)of operation flux,4 min of suction time and 1 min of suspended time,and on-line chemical cleaning for every 24 hours.
