摘  要:针对多晶硅园区内的一级除盐反渗透浓水及少量凝液混床再生废水中硅含量高、含盐量大及硬度高等特点,采用一级浓水反渗透-高效反应沉淀池-双介质过滤器-超滤-钠床-二级浓水反渗透-STRO的组合处理工艺,对来水进行高度浓缩,浓水最终进入蒸发结晶系统,淡水全部回收利用,且处理过程达到系统零排放。运行结果表明,系统在连续运行过程中,一级浓水反渗透系统、二级浓水反渗透系统及STRO系统未发生明显硅污染和结垢倾向,整体系统运行稳定、正常,浓水出水出力及水质满足设计和后续蒸发结晶系统进水要求。In view of the characteristics of one-stage desalted reverse osmosis(RO)concentrated water and a little condensate mixed-bed regenerated wastewater in polysilicon areas such as:high silicon concentration,high salinity,high hardness,and so on,a combined process of one-stage concentrated water RO-efficient reaction sedimentation pond-double medium filter-ultrafiltration-sodium bed-two stage concentrated water RO-STRO,were adopted,the influent water was highly concentrated,and the concentrated water was finally entered into evaporative crystallization system,the plain water was totally recycled,more than that,the treatment process of the system realized wastewater zero discharge.The operation results showed that,during the continuous operation,there were no obvious silicon pollution and scaling tendency in one-stage concentrated water RO system,two-stage concentrated water RO system and STRO system,the whole systems operated stably and normally,while the discharge volume,force and quality of the concentrated water met the requirements of the design and the influent water of subsequent evaporation crystallization system.
