摘  要:某味精企业废水站原有生化系统水力停留时间短,出水CODCr、氨氮时有超标,严重影响公司正常生产运行。本次扩能改造针对存在的问题,在原废水处理设施基础上对好氧池进行改造,向好氧池内投加专用填料将其改造为MBBR,同时新增1套处理量为5000 t/d的A/O-MBBR生化系统。实际运行结果表明:经合理改造后,生化系统运行稳定,具有一定的抗冲击负荷能力,废水处理效果良好,出水CODCr、氨氮能稳定达到GB8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》的一级排放标准。To solve the existing problems of the biochemical system of a wastewater treatment station of a monosodium glutamate production enterprise such as:HRT is short,effluent CODCrand ammonia nitrogen concentrations sometimes exceed the standard,which seriously affects the company′s normal production and operation,a capcity expansion and transformation project was carried out.The aerobic tank was reformed to be MBBR on the basis of the original wastewater treatment facilities by adding specific carrier filler to it,at the same time,a new biochemical system:A/O-MBBR with treatment capacity of 5000 t/d was added.The actual operation results showed that,the biochemical system ran stably and the treatment effect was good,which had certain anti impact load capacity.The effluent CODCrand ammonia nitrogen concentrations met the requirement of grade 1 in GB 8578—1996 Comprehensive sewage discharge standard.
