摘 要:以电镀废水中常见的乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)络合铜为研究对象,本文比较了基于新生态Fe^0(零价铁)的类Fenton(芬顿)体系与传统Fenton及工业铁粉-Fenton体系的处理效果,考察了初始pH、NaBH4投加量、H2O2投加量、初始Cu(Ⅱ)浓度、反应时间等因素的影响。结果表明,新生态Fe^0-类Fenton体系对化学需氧量(COD)及Cu(Ⅱ)的去除率较另两种体系更高;其最佳反应条件为:初始pH=3,BH4-∶Fe^2+=4∶7,H2O2∶COD=1.5∶1.0(上述比值为质量比);对于常见的电镀废水,经本体系处理后,其均能达到《电镀污染物排放标准》(GB 21900-2008)相关要求。The performance of treating chelated EDTA-Cu in electroplating waste water were compared among several reaction systems including freshly-formed Fe^0-Fenton,classical Fenton and industrial iron-Fenton,and the influence of initial pH,NaBH4 dosage,H2O2 dosage,reaction time and initial Cu(Ⅱ)concentration on copper removal efficiency were investigated in this paper.The results showed that the chemical oxygen demand(COD)and Cu(Ⅱ)removal efficiency of Fenton-like system based on freshly-formed Fe^0 were higher than the others;the optimum treatment conditions were initial pH=3,BH4-∶Fe^2+=4∶7,H2O2∶COD=1.5∶1.0(mentions were mass ratios);for the common electroplating wastewater,after being treated by this system,it could meet the relevant requirements of"Electroplating Pollutant Discharge Standard"(GB 21900—2008).
