摘  要:本文以受重金属污染土壤中的Pb和Cd为研究对象,研究了不同浓度配比的柠檬酸和槐糖酯混合溶液对植物吸附土壤中的重金属离子能力的影响。试验结果表明,表面活性剂(槐糖酯)和螯合剂(柠檬酸)联合使用对植物吸附土壤中重金属离子有很大的促进作用,土壤中的重金属Pb和Cd在植物体内显著富集,达到去除效果,在柠檬酸和槐糖酯浓度比为1∶5的情况下,吸附效果最好。Taking Pb and Cd in soil contaminated by heavy metals as the research object,the effect of different concentrations of citric acid and sophorolipid mixed solution on the ability of plants to adsorb heavy metal ions in soil was studied in this paper.The test results show that the combined use of surfactant(sophorolipid)and chelating agent(citric acid)can greatly promote the adsorption of heavy metal ions in soil by plants,the heavy metals Pb and Cd in the soil are significantly enriched in the plant to achieve the removal effect,when the concentration ratio of citric acid and sophorolipid is 1∶5,the adsorption effect is the best.
