摘  要:铜锰渣富集了大量的铜、钴、锰等有价金属元素,人们要有效开展铜锰渣有价金属的深度回收利用,其关键是实现铜锰渣中铜离子与其他金属离子的有效分离。本文针对铜锰渣沉铜工序遇到的技术瓶颈,采用理论研究、试验比对、工艺条件测试等手段,确定了铜锰渣沉铜工序选择性试剂和最优条件。经实践测试,其可以达到铜锰渣沉铜技术要求,为铜锰渣回收有价金属的工业化应用研究提供支持。Copper-manganese slag is enriched with a large amount of valuable metal elements such as copper,cobalt,and manganese,people must effectively carry out the deep recovery of valuable metals in copper-manganese slag,the key is to realize the effective separation of copper ions and other metal ions in copper-manganese slag.In view of the technical bottlenecks encountered in the copper-manganese slag copper precipitation process,this paper uses theoretical research,experimental comparison,process condition testing and other means to determine the selective reagents and optimal conditions for the copper-manganese slag copper precipitation process.Through practical tests,it can meet the technical requirements of copper-manganese slag copper precipitation,and provide support for industrial application research on the recovery of valuable metals from copper-manganese slag.
