摘  要:随着国家对污泥减量化的要求越来越高,离心脱水机脱水性能渐渐达不到新的泥饼含水率要求。某生活污水处理厂为适应环保要求,进行污泥减量化工程改造,将原来的离心脱水机替换成板框压滤机,成功将泥饼含水率从80%降至低于65%。初期运行优化后,板框压滤机可以实现高效、低成本运行,为以后新建、改建生活污水处理厂污泥板框压滤系统提供一定借鉴。As the national requirements for sludge reduction become higher and higher,the dewatering performance of the centrifugal dehydrator gradually fails to meet the new mud cake moisture content requirements.To adapt to the requirements of environmental protection,a domestic sewage treatment plant carried out sludge reduction engineering transformation,replacing the original centrifugal dehydrator with a plate and frame filter press,and successfully reduced the moisture content of the mud cake from 80%to less than 65%.After the initial operation optimization,the plate and frame filter press can achieve high efficiency and low cost operation,which will provide a certain reference for the future construction and reconstruction of the sludge plate and frame filter system of the domestic sewage treatment plant.
