多巴酚丁胺联合多巴胺治疗小儿重症肺炎的疗效及对肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨多巴酚丁胺联合多巴胺治疗小儿重症肺炎的临床疗效及对肺功能的影响。方法选取2015年5月~2018年5月我院收治的重症肺炎患儿116例,将其按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各58例。对照组患儿给予常规抗感染治疗,观察组患儿给予多巴酚丁胺联合多巴胺治疗,观察并分析两组患儿治疗前后肺功能变化及临床疗效。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率(98.27%)显著高于对照组治疗总有效率(75.86%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿的最大呼气流速(PEF)、最大呼气中期流速(MMF)及用力肺活量(FVC)均有明显升高,且观察组患儿的升高程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对重症肺炎患儿实施多巴酚丁胺联合多巴胺治疗,可有效缩短临床症状消失时间,改善肺功能,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of dobutamine combined with dopamine in the treatment of severe pneumonia in children and its effect on lung function.Methods The 116 children with severe pneumonia admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was given routine antiinfection treatment,the observation group was given dobutamine combined with dopamine treatment,and the changes of lung function and clinical effects before and after treatment were observed and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(98.27%)was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group(75.86%),the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05);the PEF,MMF and FVC of the two groups were signifi cantly higher,and the degree of elevation of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of dobutamine and dopamine can effectively shorten the time of clinical symptoms disappearing,improve the lung function and improve the therapeutic effect,which is worthy of clinical application.
