摘　　要：本项目以国家战略、国家课题支持为背景,依托大连理工大学辽东湾校区图书信息中心项目,针对东北地区的气候特点与当前经济、技术发展现状进行了建筑师视角主导下的绿色技术适宜性集成优化,为绿色技术在寒地公共建筑中的应用提出创新策略与方法。Based on the national strategy and national project support,taking the Library and Information Center of Liaodong Bay Campus of Dalian University of Technology as an example,this project explores the suitability integration optimization of green technologies from architects'perspective,within the framework of the climate characteristics of Northeast China and the current economic and technological development situation,which puts forward innovative strategies and methods for the application of green technology in public buildings in cold areas.
