摘　　要："建筑物合同能源管理关键技术研究"项目作为2019年"华夏建设科学技术奖"二等奖获奖项目,主要针对建筑合同能源管理项目实施全过程中存在的主要障碍,重点对建筑领域推行合同能源管理的技术、政策和机制等关键问题开展系统研究和示范,构建了以市场为导向的技术创新体系,同时推动政策体系的创新,培育建筑节能服务市场,填补了合同能源管理在建筑领域应用技术管理体系的空白,有力推进了建筑节能服务产业的健康发展。本篇主要介绍该项目立项背景、科学内容、创新点、应用情况及社会效益等。As the Second Prize Winning Project of"Huaxia Construction Science and Technology Award"in 2019,the"Research on Key Technologies of Building Energy Management Contract"project mainly aims at the main obstacles in the whole implementation process of building energy management contract project,focuses on the systematic research and demonstration of key issues such as technology,policy and mechanism of building energy management contract,and constructs a market-oriented project technology innovation system,at the same time,promotes the innovation of the policy system,cultivates the construction energy-saving service market,fills the gap of the application technology management system of the contract energy management in the construction field,and effectively promotes the healthy development of the building energy-saving service industry. This paper mainly introduces the background, scientific content, innovation,application and social benefits of the project.
