摘　　要：建设海绵城市是落实生态文明和新型城镇化建设的重要举措,对于缓解城市排水防涝压力、改善城市水环境、提升人居环境具有重要意义。本项目探索研究了江南水乡平原水网地区海绵城市建设途径,形成了基于圩区特征的海绵城市建设综合策略,能够实现城市水系统功能的综合提升,促进城市的高质量发展。基于研究成果,打造了一批具有综合示范意义的海绵城市建设项目,成效显著。Sponge cCity construction is an important measure to implement ecological civilization and new-type urbanization,and it which is of great significance to alleviate the pressure of urban drainage and waterlogging prevention,improve the urban water environment,and enhance the living environment.This project explored the way of Sponge City construction in plain water network area of Jiangnan,and formed the comprehensive strategy of Sponge City construction based on the characteristics of polder areas,which could realize the comprehensive improvement of the function of the urban water system and promote the high-quality development of the city.Based on the research,a number of Sponge City construction projects have been built and achieved remarkable results.
