复杂吊顶设计——以恒大国际中心(南宁)超高层建筑为例

摘　　要：建筑外观设计是科学与艺术的结合体,建筑师要在满足建筑功能的同时,对建筑外观的设计进行不断地优化和丰富,力求建筑外观的高品质。笔者根据相关的设计工作实践,对一则超高层综合体建筑的室外复杂吊顶设计进行剖析。此室外复杂吊顶所在位置为一超高层综合体项目裙房区域的通道位置。此通道两侧裙房在一、二层断开,在三、四层贯通。因为此通道为地块外部人流通往综合体建筑围合的中心下沉广场——"城市客厅"的必经之路,所以此处无论从造型意义以及空间尺度都极为重要。Architectural appearance design is a combination of science and art,so architects should constantly optimize and enrich the design of architectural appearance while meeting the architectural functions,and strive for the high quality of architectural appearance.According to the relevant design practice,the author analyzes the outdoor complex ceiling design of a super high-rise complex building,which locates at the passageway of the podium area of this super high-rise complex project.The podiums on both sides of the passageway are disconnected on the first and second floors,but connected on the third and fourth floors.Because this passageway is the only way for the people flow from the outside of the plot to the central sunken square enclosed by the complex building-"Urban Living-room",it is very important not only from the modeling significance but also from the spatial scale.
