摘  要:通过实地考察及查阅相关资料,了解到当前我国食品行业物流成本高、效率低。借鉴国外物流EDI的应用经验和我国对EDI的重视,结合国内外存储论中的零库存思想,研究EDI在我国食品行业物流中的应用,借助ABC管理法在食品业物流中充分发挥EDI的作用,达到降低成本的目的,并使用GIS智能交通系统及GPS定位系统,为食品业物流的决策支持提供信息来源,提高物流效率,并使之逐步完善。Through field visits and access to relevant information,we know that the logistics costs of the current China’s food industry are high and its efficiency is low.From the Logistics EDI applying experience from abroad and our emphasis on EDI,combined with the ideas at home and abroad,we research EDI application in China’s food industry logistics.To reduce cost,we make use of the action of ABC management method in the food industry to fully use EDI.And we use intelligent transportation GIS systems and GPS positioning system to provide information source for the decision support of the food industry,improve logistics efficiency and make it gradually improved.
