取样环节对东北烘干玉米不完善粒影响的关键因素探究

摘  要:在取样环节,通过对比不同扦样器、改造前后的电动扦样器、不同分样方式及运输方式对东北烘干玉米不完善粒(尤其是破碎粒)的影响。结果表明,电动扦样器在扦样中易造成东北烘干玉米破碎粒增高,通过改造电动扦样器,可有效降低玉米不完善粒和破碎粒含量;常用的横格式分样器对玉米破碎粒的影响不明显;运输方式上选择扦样员随车携带样品的方式比较安全,邮寄的方式随机性较强,在运输过程中对玉米不完善粒(尤其是破碎粒)造成损伤存在一定的不确定性。In the sampling process,the effects of different cutting samplers,electric cutting samplers before and after transformation,different sampling methods and transportation modes on the imperfect grains(especially broken grains)of dried corn in Northeast China were compared.The results show that the electric cutting sampler is easy to increase the broken grains of dried corn in Northeast China.By reforming the electric cutting sampler,the content of imperfect grains and broken grains of corn can be effectively reduced;the influence of the commonly used horizontal format sampler on the broken grains of corn is not obvious;the mode of transportation in which the cutter carries the samples with the vehicle is relatively safe,and the way of mailing is more random There is a certain uncertainty in the damage of corn imperfect grains(especially broken grains)during transportation.
