综合性期刊专刊出版的实践--以《中国农业科学》为例

摘　　要：【目的】通过总结综合性期刊专刊出版经验,为同行组织专刊提供借鉴。【方法】以《中国农业科学》2015-2018年出版的专刊为例,从编辑工作实际出发,总结组织专刊的流程和注意事项,并分析专刊的出版效果。【结果】组织专刊一般要经过选题、组稿、审稿、出版和宣传等环节。每个环节都需要责任编辑积极参与,并做好稿件的科学管理,确保稿件按时到位、质量达标,在这基础之上,专刊才能顺利出版。专刊稿件质量较高,其中被引频次、下载量、高被引文章数量和质量都高于正常刊期文章。并且,专刊能提升作者关注度,吸引作者后续不断投稿。【结论】专刊的出版能扩大稿源,提升学术影响力,是综合性期刊提高竞争力的有效途径。[Purposes] By summing up the experiences of special issue publishing for comprehensive journals,it can provide references for peer to organize special issues.[Methods] Taking special issues published on Scientia Agricultura Sinica from 2015 to 2018 as examples,we summarized the process of organizing special issues and points for attention,and analyzed the publishing effects of special issues based on our practical work.[Findings] Generally,the organization of special issues should go through such stages as topic selection,contribution soliciting,review,publication,and publicity.Executive editors should actively participate in every stage,and do a good job in the scientific management of manuscripts to ensure that the manuscripts are in place on time and reach the quality standards.On this basis,the special issues can be successfully published.The quality of the articles in the special issues is higher,and the citation frequencies,downloads,quantity,and quality of the highly-cited papers are higher than those in the regular issues.Moreover,the special issues can enhance the authors’ attention and attract continuous contributions.[Conclusions]The publication of special issues can expand the source of contributions and enhance academic influence.It is an effective way for comprehensive journals to improve their competitiveness.
