摘 要:为保护光纤免受机械伤害,在光纤外表面涂覆一层专用涂料是必备的步骤。这层涂料阻碍了紫外光的透过,因而在光纤传感器等需要紫外光透过射入的领域必须剥除,成本高且易对光纤造成伤害。通过羟基硅油和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)反应制备了聚硅氧烷聚氨酯,通过羟基丙烯酸酯单体和丙烯酸酯单体制备了羟基丙烯酸树脂(HAR),通过羟基丙烯酸脂对聚硅氧烷聚氨酯进行改性,制备了高透紫外性的丙烯酸聚氨酯涂料。探讨了羟基硅油的引入对涂膜紫外光透过率等性能的影响。利用紫外-可见分光光度计考察了涂膜的透紫外光性能,通过扫描电镜观察了涂膜的微观形貌,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对涂膜的化学结构进行了表征,利用热失重分析仪考察了涂膜的耐热性能。结果表明:制备的树脂在248nm处的光透过率达到85%,耐热性能好(5%的热失重率对应280℃),涂膜表面微观平整光滑且具有良好的附着力、柔韧性等性能。In order to protect optical fibers from mechanical damage,it is necessary to coat a special coating on the outer surface of optical fibers.This coating hinders the transmission of ultraviolet light,so it must be stripped in the field of optical fiber sensor,it is expensive and easy to cause damage to optical fiber.Though IPDI reaction and used hydroxy silicon oil,polysiloxane polyurethane was prepared.Hydroxyl acrylate resin was compounded by MMA and HPA.Through hydroxyl acrylate resin modified polysiloxane polyurethane,received acrylic polyurethane coatings with high ultraviolet transmittance.The effect of hydroxyl silicone oil on the ultraviolet transmittance of coatings was discussed.Ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer was used to investigate the ultraviolet transmittance of the coatings,the micro-morphology of the coatings was observed by SEM,the chemical structure of the coatings was characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,and the thermal resistance of the coatings was investigated by thermogravimetric analyzer.The results shown that the prepared resin had the light transmittance T reached 85% at248 nm,good heat resistance(5% thermal weightlessness corresponds to 280℃),smooth appearance and excellent adhesion,flexibility properties.
