摘  要:针对聚(3-羟基丁酸酯-co-3-羟基戊酸酯)(PHBV)熔点与分解点温度相近、热稳定性差、材料脆性大韧性差等不足,采用嵌段共聚的化学改性方式,引入聚乙二醇(PEG)和笼型聚倍半硅氧烷(POSS),设计合成PHBV/PEG与PHBV/PEG/POSS两种嵌段共聚物。通过红外光谱、核磁氢谱、X射线衍射、差示量热和热重等手段对其化学结构、晶体结构、熔融和结晶行为以及热降解行为进行分析。结果表明:在PHBV/PEG/POSS嵌段共聚物中POSS含量占6.7%,POSS不能形成独立的晶相;POSS和PEG的引入使PHBV的结晶能力减弱;嵌段共聚物中POSS的引入使PHBV/PEG/POSS的热稳定性高于PHBV/PEG,且嵌段共聚物的热降解温度区间宽于PHBV的热降解温度区间。Poly(ethylene glycol)(PEG)and polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane(POSS)were introduced to design and synthesize two block copolymers of PHBV/PEG and PHBV/PEG/POSS using chemical modification for melting temperature closing to decomposition temperature,poor thermal stability,brittleness and toughness of poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate)(PHBV).The chemical structure,crystal structure,melting and crystallization behavior and thermal degradation behavior were analyzed by FT-IR,1 H-NMR,XRD,DSC and TG.Contents of POSS in PHBV/PEG/POSS accounted for 6.7%,POSS could not form a separate crystal phase.The introduction of POSS and PEG weakened the crystallization of PHBV.The introduction of POSS in block copolymer made thermal stability of PHBV/PEG/POSS higher than that of PHBV/PEG,and the thermal degradation range of block copolymer was wider than that of PHBV.
