摘  要:利用高熔融指数聚丙烯粉料(100g/10min),加入过氧化物2.5-二甲基-2.5-双(叔丁基过氧基)己烷(简称101),分别通过双螺杆挤出机和BUSS混炼机进行降解加工,制备高流动、低挥发性有机化合物(VOC)熔喷用聚丙烯。考察了过氧化物101添加量、造粒温度、螺杆转速、停留时间对熔融指数、挥发性有机物总量(TVOC)的影响,利用顶空气相色谱质谱联用仪对熔喷料的VOC成分进行分析,并在120℃进行高温脱挥处理,气味大幅降低,制得熔融指数为1200g/10min、TVOC为108μgC/g的低气味熔喷用聚丙烯。Through degradation process of high melt index polypropylene powder(100 g/10 min)added with peroxide 101,high flowability and low volatile organic compounds(VOC)melt-blown polypropylene was prepared in a twin screw extruder and BUSS mixer,respectively.The influence of the addition amount of peroxide 101,pelletizing temperature,screw revolution speed and residence time on the melting index and total volatile organic compound(TVOC)of the products were studied.Headspace-gas chromatography/mass spectrometer(HS-GC/MS)was employed to analyze the VOC components from these melt-blown polypropylene.Melt-blown polypropylene were then devolatilized at 120℃to reduce the odor dramatically.Therefore,low odor melt-blown polypropylene with melt index of1200 g/10 min and TVOC of 108μgC/g could be obtained.
