摘  要:设计了一种固体火箭推进剂装药自动化套包装置,实现了固体推进剂装药套包工艺的自动化人机隔离操作。通过工艺参数研究表明,推进剂涂胶最佳工艺参数为涂胶时间6s,刮胶次数2次,包覆层涂胶最佳工艺参数为涂胶时间5s,刮胶次数2次,球头驱胶最佳工艺参数为驱胶时间9s,驱胶压力0.3bar,装药柱面驱胶最佳工艺参数为驱胶速率10mm/s,驱胶次数3次,最佳工艺条件下制备装药的推进剂/包覆层表面粘接强度为32.9N/cm(20℃)。The automated coating device of solid rocket propellant was designed.The automated man-machine isolation coating was implemented.The results showed that the best adhesive strength was 32.9 N/cm(20℃).It revealed the behavior between adhesive strength to inhibitor and propellant surface treatment quality by different process conditions.The best process parameters of inhibitor adhesive coating were that coating time was 6 sand twice,the best process parameters of propellant adhesive coating were that coating time was 5 sand twice,the best process parameters of adhesive ball head banishing were that time was 9 sand the pressure was 0.3 bar,the best banishing speed was 10 mm/s and three times.
