摘 要:为了降低人工关节材料的摩擦磨损,提高仿生滑液的润滑时长,将聚己内酯-聚乙二醇-聚己内酯(PCEC)温敏水凝胶与碳纳米管(CNT)相结合,制备了PCEC/CNT混合温敏水凝胶。通过流变学测试、缓释实验、摩擦磨损实验,对PCEC/CNT温敏水凝胶凝胶化时间、流变学性能、缓释润滑性能进行测试分析。结果表明:在37℃条件下,PCEC/CNT温敏水凝胶凝胶化(液态转固态)时间为400s;PCEC/CNT温敏水凝胶具有良好的缓释润滑性能,缓释液的摩擦系数比生理盐水的摩擦系数降低了60%左右,可有效地降低人工关节材料的摩擦磨损,可望延长人工滑液的润滑时长,为人工关节提供长效的润滑防护。In order to reduce the friction and wear of artificial joint materials,and prolong the lubrication time of bionic synovial fluid,PCEC/CNT hybrid hydrogel was prepared by combining PCEC thermo-sensitive hydrogel with carbon nanotubes(CNT).The gelation time,rheological and slow-release lubrication properties of PCEC and PCEC/CNT hydrogels were tested by rheological test,slow-release test,friction and wear test.The results shown that the gelation time of the PCEC/CNT was 400 sat 37℃,and the PCEC/CNT had good slow-release properties.Through the friction and wear test,the friction coefficient of the sustained-release solution was reduced by about 60%compared with that of normal saline,which can effectively reduce the friction and wear of artificial joint materials,and can prolong the lubrication time of artificial synovial fluid.
