摘 要:采用熔融共混并经模具注塑成型制备了嵌段共聚聚丙烯((PP)/粉煤气化飞灰复合材料,考察了飞灰的添加量对复合材料的力学性能、熔融流动特性、阻燃性能以及热稳定性的影响。结果表明,随着飞灰添加量的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度、冲击强度均有所降低,尤其冲击强度降低幅度较大;流动特性在飞灰添加量为10%(wt,质量分数,下同)时,达到最大30.66g/10min;当飞灰添加量为70%时,复合材料的极限氧指数为23.53%,维卡软化温度为151.3℃,热稳定性达到最好,初始分解温度比纯PP延迟了31.9℃。Polypropylene(PP block copolymer)/pulverized coal gasified fly ash composites were prepared by melt blending and injection molding after surface treatment with silane coupling agent KH550.The effects of the amount of fly ash on the mechanical properties,melt flow characteristics,flame retardant properties and thermal stability of the composites were investigated.The results showed that the tensile strength and impact strength of the composites decreased with the increase of fine ash content,and the impact strength decreased greatly.The flow characteristics reached a maximum of 30.66 g/10 min when the fine ash content was 10%(10% of PP mass,same below).Moreover,when the addition amount of fine ash was 70%,the limiting oxygen index,vica softening temperature and thermal stability of the composite materials reached the best,respectively being 23.53%,151.3℃ and 31.9℃later than the initial decomposition temperature of pure PP.
