摘 要:将吡咯平均分散于不同秸秆废料溶液中,使用过硫酸钾为氧化剂原位氧化吡咯,复合形成秸秆原材料/聚吡咯(STRR/PPy)、酸处理的秸秆/聚吡咯(STRA/PPy)、酸酶处理的秸秆/聚吡咯(STRA/E/PPy)复合材料,并使用超景深显微镜、红外光谱对得到的材料进行形貌分析和官能团分析。染料吸附实验表明:3种复合材料对酸性品红具有专一性的吸附,其中STRR/PPy吸附效果最好。通过对吸附过程中所涉及的影响因素如温度、染料初始浓度等进行了详细考察,发现在28℃,60mg/L的酸性品红溶液中,STRR/PPy复合材料可在40min内达到吸附平衡,酸性品红去除率达到89%。The pyrrole was uniformly dispersed in the straw waste solution and oxidized in situ using potassium persulfate as an oxidant to form STRR/PPy,STRA/PPy,STRA/E/PPy composite materials.Morphological analysis and functional group analysis of obtained three composites were performed by depth-of-field digital microscope and FT-IR.Dye adsorption experiments showed that the three composites had specific adsorption on acid fuchsin.Among three composites,STRR/PPy exhibited higher adsorption efficiency.Furthermore,the factors involved in the adsorption process such as temperature,initial dye concentration were investigated.The results showed that the STRR/PPy composite could reach adsorption equilibrium within 40 min at 28℃ in 60 mg/L acid fuchsin solution,and the acid fuchsin removal efficiency was approximately 89%.
